I have been in touch with 9W2ART who informs me that the budget for the new antenna and cable for the repeater HAS NOT been tabled to the National Council and that the matter would MOST PROBABLY be tabled after the AGM.

Sorry guys for letting your hopes up. As for the local donation drive - looks like we would have to continue with it. The details on the donors and amount can be found on martsnews.blogspot.com

Calling all amateur radio enthusiast in the Greater Klang Valley.

I realise that there isn't an avenue for the radio community to communicate their wishes and grouses plus an avenue for me to inform the community on the proposed plans and activities concerning the community.

So welcome and it is hoped that this media will enable you, the ham members in the Greater Klang Valley, to communicate with each other.

Please note that I am just a liaison between you and the National Council and my emphasis will be on education. If, however, you have a personal line to any of the National Council members - go ahead - make my day easier.
