MARTS is the only society that have so many DIRECTORS.Even MAXIS< CELCOM, TNB, TELECOM MALAYSIA do have that many directors.
Such high sounding titles .
Oh God please bless MARTS.

Bless you my friend "the anonymous".... otherwise there will be more directors in MARTS. Its a blessing to MARTS too that there are so many hams like you out there who do not know how a national society is run. For your information.. many international societies and such are already using CEOs as their "Presidents" .... grow with time brother... "salesman" are no more known as "sales persons" but Sales Executive..."office girls" are now known as "receptionist", If you feel you should be one of the directos... pls do something for MARTS members and the ham community... otherwise don't make silly comments and get laughed at. Let those who wants to volunteer do their volunteer work in peace. Give practical suggestions.

MARTS is a very small society. Its income is about
15,00.00 a month equivalent to USD5000.00.Do you think such a society need high sounding posts....CEO for President.
Secretary... Director of Administration, Treasurer ...Director of Finance.
and Director of events, Director of APRS, Director of Emergency communications. Director of Fox Hunting,
Very soon we will have Director of QSL cards,Director of newsletter and many more to follow.
What have these appointed done for the last 1 year. Even the account cannot be properly done, the annual report was never published.
So high sounding names or appointments are not necessay. What is important is activities beneficial to members should be implemented.What are outstanding issues that need to be addressed with MCMC.Abolition of RM60 for processing fee, Approval of equipments for importation, Abolition or slower speed for morse test. Online registrastion and renewal for amateur radio licence and many more.
Think and ponder... dont be a dumb.
Why are so many hams so upset about Directors and CEOs. What's there to a title?
All you hams here thinks of condemning one another and the very same society that represents you in IARU.
I wonder... those hams in IARU must be stupid, recognising a national society who has so many Diretors and CEOs and State managers.... or is it the hams here who comments, is the stupid one who really don't know what IARU knows about MARTS???? Ponder.
and if you guys who are condemning MARTS, are NOT members, you have no right to condemn or comment. If you are a member of MARTS, then I think its high time you leave MARTS and let our state manager does he job.
Don't condemn and misled him. I know those who are making condemns here are trying to instigate and incite ill feelings among hams and the state managers and the Directors.
You may be die hards who love to condemn.
But there are also die hards who will work with or without the titles, for the good of hams.
Look around you. Wny are there so many NGOs springing up? Why are they so many volunteers
Sad to say. You are not one of those who do good.
