Upcoming AGM

Salam to all,

Just a reminder that today is the last day of submitting your nominations for the council members. If you have not received the notice that means that you are not a 'member in benefit' for the past two years i.e. your subscription lapsed in 2007.

Members who paid their dues for 2008 are eligible to attend the AGM but not eligible to vote. Only those who have paid their dues for 2009 are eligible to attend and to vote. 2008 members are also allowed to nominate their candidates to stand for election.

In any event, MARTS will be opening a booth which will enable you to pay up your 2009 subscription. The notice is clear on the matter.

Anyway see you at Ipoh Country Club Ipoh for the AGM and lets hope that all will be well.

Dear Aiznin,

I has been 2 weeks since I send an email to MARTS Council reminding the urgency to have the AGM soonest. To date I have not received any response from any of them.Please have my email in MARTS Central area blogspot for members to know the impilcation of not having the AGM according to the constitution. I will not remind them anymore as I feel I have done my part on this matter
